  • How do I connect my Semrush account to Swydo?

    From your client page in Swydo, open the Data Sources tab and click New Data Source, then choose Semrush. For most platforms you’ll authorize via OAuth; a few (Klaviyo, CallRail, Call Tracking Metrics, ActiveCampaign) use an API key instead. Once authorized, pick the specific account, property, or page you want to report on. Each one becomes a data source you can drop into any report.

  • an I combine Semrush data with other platforms in one report?

    Yes. Every Swydo report supports widgets and KPIs from multiple data sources side by side, so a single report can pull from Semrush, Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and more. For paid-media platforms you can also blend up to five sources inside a single widget — useful for cross-channel ROAS, total spend, or unified conversion tables. Custom blended widgets aren’t available for non-ad platforms, but reports themselves can mix anything.

  • Is my Semrush data secure in Swydo?

    Yes. Swydo connects via OAuth or scoped API keys, encrypts data in transit over HTTPS, and stores access tokens with role-based controls. Swydo is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data sub-processor under a standard DPA. You can revoke any connection at any time, and on account closure all data and credentials are deleted within 90 days.   • What does Swydo cost, and is there a free trial?

    Swydo offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Pricing is based on the number of data sources, not on users (seats are unlimited) or report volume. The flat plan includes 10 data sources, with a per-source rate beyond that which decreases as you scale. Frequency of reporting doesn’t affect cost.   • Does Swydo have a direct Semrush integration?

    Semrush data flows into Swydo primarily through Google Sheets — export the Semrush metrics you need (keyword positions, traffic estimates, competitor data, AI Overview tracking) into a Sheet, either via Semrush’s native export or via a Zapier/Make automation, then connect that Sheet to Swydo. This is how most agencies build Semrush-based SEO reports in Swydo. For native rank tracking, Swydo also integrates directly with AccuRanker and SE Ranking, which are dedicated rank-tracking tools.

  • Can I report on Semrush AI Overview tracking?

    Yes via the Google Sheets workaround — Semrush’s AI Overview tracking exports to CSV/Sheets, and once that data lives in a connected Sheet, you can build Swydo widgets showing AI Overview presence per keyword, citation share, and competitor visibility in AI Overviews.     Refresh frequency depends on how often the underlying Google Sheet updates. If you’re refreshing the Sheet manually, the Swydo report shows whatever was in the Sheet at the last refresh. If you’ve automated the Sheet update (Zapier/Make on a daily or weekly schedule), Swydo picks up changes on the next data pull. For dashboard sharing, Swydo’s data pull happens roughly every few hours, so changes propagate quickly.
