  • How do I connect my X Analytics account to Swydo?

    From your client page in Swydo, open the Data Sources tab and click New Data Source, then choose X Analytics. For most platforms you’ll authorize via OAuth; a few (Klaviyo, CallRail, Call Tracking Metrics, ActiveCampaign) use an API key instead. Once authorized, pick the specific account, property, or page you want to report on. Each one becomes a data source you can drop into any report.

  • an I combine X Analytics data with other platforms in one report?

    Yes. Every Swydo report supports widgets and KPIs from multiple data sources side by side, so a single report can pull from X Analytics, Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and more. For paid-media platforms you can also blend up to five sources inside a single widget — useful for cross-channel ROAS, total spend, or unified conversion tables. Custom blended widgets aren’t available for non-ad platforms, but reports themselves can mix anything.

  • Is my X Analytics data secure in Swydo?

    Yes. Swydo connects via OAuth or scoped API keys, encrypts data in transit over HTTPS, and stores access tokens with role-based controls. Swydo is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data sub-processor under a standard DPA. You can revoke any connection at any time, and on account closure all data and credentials are deleted within 90 days.   • What does Swydo cost, and is there a free trial?

    Swydo offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Pricing is based on the number of data sources, not on users (seats are unlimited) or report volume. The flat plan includes 10 data sources, with a per-source rate beyond that which decreases as you scale. Frequency of reporting doesn’t affect cost.   • What X (Twitter) Analytics metrics does Swydo support?

    Swydo’s X Analytics integration covers organic-tweet performance: impressions, engagements, engagement rate, likes, replies, reposts, bookmarks, profile visits, video views, media views, plus account-level metrics for lifetime followers and following. Build per-tweet performance widgets, engagement-rate trendlines, and follower-growth charts. Note this is organic-only — paid X campaigns flow through the separate X Ads connection.

  • Why does X Analytics only show the last 30 days of data?

    X’s API restricts tweet-level engagement data to the most recent 30 days. This isn’t a Swydo limit; every tool drawing from X’s organic API sees the same window. For longer historical X reporting, the workaround is to export key metrics monthly into a Google Sheet (manually or via automation) and connect the Sheet to Swydo for permanent retention. Account-level metrics (followers, following) don’t have the same limit.

  • How do I report on top-performing X posts?

    Build a top-tweets widget sorted by engagement, impressions, or engagement rate, showing tweet text, date, and key metrics. Limit to the most recent 30 days (the API window). Pair with an engagement-trend line chart showing daily total engagements to give clients both the granular (which tweet won) and the macro (is engagement going up or down) views.

  • Can I report on X follower growth and audience changes?

    Yes. Lifetime Followers is a daily metric, so build a line chart showing follower count over time, plus a custom metric for net follower change per period. For more granular audience demographics (top countries, languages, interests), X’s API exposes some aggregate data, but the depth is more limited than Meta’s or LinkedIn’s audience APIs.

  • Can I combine X Analytics with X Ads in one X-platform report?

    Yes. X Analytics (organic) and X Ads (paid) are separate connections, but both can live on the same client. Build a unified X section: an organic block with follower growth, top tweets, and engagement; a paid block with spend, impressions, conversions. A combined “total X reach” custom metric (organic impressions + paid impressions) gives clients one number for total X surface area each month.

  • How do I report on engagement rate consistently across platforms?

    Engagement rate isn’t defined identically across platforms. On X, engagement rate = (replies + reposts + likes + bookmarks + clicks) ÷ impressions. On Instagram, it’s typically engagement ÷ reach (or ÷ followers). On LinkedIn, similar. For cross-platform reporting, build a custom metric on each data source that uses a consistent definition (engagements ÷ impressions everywhere), then add a text widget noting the methodology — clients appreciate the apples-to-apples view.
